Yasmine Al-As’ad

Co-Founder

Yasmine Al-Asaad is a PhD researcher in Business Economics at the University of Jordan, a human capital development expert, and a consultant specializing in happiness, well-being, and quality of life. She brings more than 23 years of experience across training, scientific research, economic empowerment, and entrepreneurship.

Her professional journey is driven by a strong belief that meaningful investment begins with people. She has therefore dedicated her expertise to developing capabilities, empowering youth, fostering a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship, and building human capital that can adapt to change and create sustainable impact.

In academia, Yasmeen has published several scientific research papers and received a research grant from Jordan’s Scientific Research Support Fund. She has also contributed to the peer review and evaluation of thousands of research papers published in peer-reviewed academic journals and has trained thousands of university students and researchers in scientific research skills and systematic thinking.

Her passion for entrepreneurship has expanded into social entrepreneurship. She founded Take a Chance Organization, an organization focused on sustainable development and social entrepreneurship for adolescents. The organization represented the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and achieved third place globally in the BEVOL 2021 competition, competing among participants from 51 countries.

Building on her vision of investing in people, Yasmeen founded KaiZone Academy, an organization specializing in human capital development through education, training, research, and consulting. The Academy aims to empower individuals and organizations to unlock their potential, expand their capabilities, and create sustainable impact.

Today, she continues her mission of connecting scientific research, business economics, human capital development, happiness, and quality of life. She believes that investing in people is the most sustainable form of investment and that thriving societies are built by conscious minds, continuously evolving skills, and leaders capable of shaping the future.
